Tennyson Gardens

This project provided a complete renovation of the Tennyson Gardens Apartments. The site was served by a small management building with offices and a 490 sf community room that was inadequate for programming needs. Gelfand Partners designed a new, bright community building with a larger community room and additional offices. We also reconfigured the existing building to provide more office space and a maintenance shop. Residents now have an inspiring space they are proud of to hold meetings and family gatherings
