Madison Park Apartments was the largest wood frame structure west of the Mississippi when it was constructed in the early 1900s. This project renovated an occupied property containing 98 affordable residential units, property management offices, and two community amenity spaces. The renovation scope included seismic improvements and replacement, repair, and/or upgrades to building systems as well as cosmetic improvements to the units and common areas.
