Maria Manor, Antonia Manor, and Marlton Manor were part of a group of four hotels known as the ‘Preservation Properties.’ Owned by a for-profit real estate group, the four properties provided about 600 units of SRO housing in the Tenderloin for low-income seniors and disabled people.
