Studios at Hotel Berry

The six-story, SRO residential hotel got a complete rehab. The units now have new kitchenettes with cook tops, refrigerators and microwaves. Ten percent of the units are now fully accessible. All units got new windows, heating/cooling systems and modernized bathrooms. The restaurant and service spaces were transformed into common lounges, support offices and a community kitchen/dining room. The ground floor now integrates the street facade with new storefront assemblies, maximized daylight in the interior and increased presence on the street.
